The Kerikeri High School 1st XI Football Team remained undefeated in this year's Northland Secondary Schools' Midweek Tournament and won the final against Whangārei Boys High School. The boys are congratulated for a wonderful season, and we wish them well for the New Zealand Secondary Schools' Winter Tournament later this month.
Read more60 Year 10 students led by Year 10 Dean Mr Seth Brown, Miss Batterton and Mr Rogers, spent the week at the Hillary Outdoors Centre, Tongariro. The students participated in activities including abseiling, high ropes, an overnight camp, and team activities in both bush and alpine environments, guided by the trained Hillary Outdoors instructors.
Read more138 Kerikeri High School students took part in The Bay of Islands Beast Mud Run on Friday 25 July. There were over 1000 competitors from all over Northland.
Despite the very cold morning with even colder mud and water, our students had a fantastic time throughout the event. With plenty of mud, rivers, and rugged terrain, it was an epic challenge for all.

The activities are designed to develop outdoor skills, build relationships through teamwork, and challenge students in a new environment with the support and guidance of the trained Hillary Outdoors instructors.

They then went on to the Oromahoe Kauri walk followed by a walk through the mangroves to see the diversity of the Paihia region.

The students toured the AUT City Campus, the University of Auckland, and Massey University Albany campuses and accommodation.
