Kerikeri High School is seeking to appoint a permanent deputy principal to join our high performing senior leadership team, commencing term 1, 2026. The senior leadership team of the principal and deputy principals works collaboratively to lead our very successful school.

The successful applicant will exemplify our values of relationships based and culturally located pedagogy and promote our positive relationships throughout our school community.

Kerikeri High School is a strong, innovative, co-educational Y7–13 school of over 1,600 students and is held in very high regard for strong academic results as well as sporting, cultural, leadership and service achievements. All teachers at our school are part of our very successful Te Kotahitanga programme.

We are committed to our culturally responsive and relational approach to learning and teaching across our school. Our local hapu Ngāti Rēhia has a constituted seat on our Board of Trustees.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic teacher to join our collaborative and successful Mathematics Department. Previous applicants will be automatically considered.
