Pōwhiri for New Students and Whānau
On Monday 2 February 2026, we welcomed new students across all Year Levels, and their whānau, with Pōwhiri. This is a significant and memorable occasion for our school community, with over 1000 people present as either tangata whenua - our full staff and all our Year 13 students, or as manuhiri. Manuhiri speakers included Cornelie Sture, the International Student Representative, and Year 7 students Harriet Lowe from Kerikeri Primary School, and Te Ahumainuku Stephenson from Riverview School.
