SAVE Group Making a Difference

Through hands-on environmental projects, conservation activities, and community partnerships, our students develop valuable skills, deepen their understanding of sustainability, and take positive action to protect and enhance the environment around them. Their enthusiasm and commitment continue to make a real difference both within our school and beyond.

Junor SAVE students visited the Kerikeri Retirement Village and joined with residents crafting flowers using paint and native leaves.

Friday 5 June marked World Environment Day and to acknowledge this, the SAVE Group gave away 100 plants and trees to interested students.

Special thanks to Kerikeri Plant Production who supported this initiative by providing plants to the SAVE Group for a very generously discounted cost.

The SAVE Interact Group organised a Cans for a Cause collection. Around 100 cans and other items donated were passed on to the local Women's Refuge. Thank you to everyone who supported this initiative.
