The Bay of Islands Beast Mud Run
90 Kerikeri High School students from Year 7 - 13, and staff members Mr Jimmy Thomas and Mr Bryce Wilson participated in this year's BOI Beast Mud Run held at Ludbrook's Farm in Ōhaeawai. The annual event organised by Sport Northland attracted students from Northland intermediate and secondary schools and this year was themed 'Farmyard Vibes'. The 6km course over rolling countryside, steep hills and through swamps and waterways is designed to be tough but fun. Students run, walk and crawl though muddy terrain in this adventure race.
