Dear Parents and Whānau
Late last week, and again yesterday, I advised of industrial action being taken by members of the Post Primary Teachers Association, which includes partial strikes this week and a schedule of rostering home for students.
This morning the PPTA has given formal notification and advised that the partial strike scheduled for Friday October 17 will take place, meaning Year 13 students will be rostered home that day.
As I have said previously, I appreciate how disruptive this situation is for families and whānau and I urge you to make suitable arrangements for the care of your children on days they are rostered home.
