Once you've signed in and set up your OneDrive space, you can use the Office Online tools. Word, Excel, Powerpoint and OneNote Online are very similar to the versions that you use on school computers. By default, anything you create is saved to your OneDrive space.
Office 365 also provides you with an online version of Microsoft Outlook for email, calendars, contacts and tasklists.
